Cycle Pharmaceuticals to acquire Applied Therapeutics.

Cycle Pharmaceuticals, a UK-based company focused on empowering rare disease patients, agreed to acquire Applied Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating treatments for rare diseases.
