Carbyne Equity Partners completed the acquisiton of SuanNutra from ARCHIMED.

Carbyne Equity Partners, a German private equity firm, completed the acquisiton of SuanNutra, a supplier and manufacturer of functional and branded ingredients for the nutraceutical market, from ARCHIMED, a private equity firm focused on healthcare industries across Europe and North America.
