ZCG-backed Unimed completed the acquisition of Elssi Maritime Services.

ZCG-backed Unimed, a provider of medical and compliance solutions to the maritime industry, completed the acquisition of Elssi Maritime Services, a provider of drug and alcohol testing to the maritime industry.
