Theras Lifetech completed the acquisition of Pic Solution from MTD Group.

Theras Lifetech, an Italian biomedical company that develops and markets medical technologies and solutions for chronic disease management and health care needs, completed the acquisition of Pic Solution, an Italian medical self-care brand with a portfolio of products distributed through pharmacies and hospitals, and present in over 80 countries, from MTD Group.
