Workspace Factories, a European group of manufacturers of seating and furniture. completed the acquisition of ROFA, a Dutch manufacturer specializing in sustainable and circular furniture solutions for office and commercial environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. By keeping ROFA’s production in Tilburg, WF strengthens its "Made in Europe" brand, which appeals to ESG-conscious corporate clients looking for low carbon footprints and short lead times.
