Renovus Capital-backed Aretum completed the acquisition of Veterans Engineering.

Renovus Capital-backed Aretum, a provider of technology, engineering, cybersecurity, and professional services to US government agencies, completed the acquisition of Veterans Engineering, a federal IT and cybersecurity solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Veterans Engineering has built a mission-driven organization grounded in service, technical excellence, and delivery quality.
