Pami Deutschland completed the acquisition of Viasit Burositzmobel.

Pami Deutschland, the German holding company of Workspace Factories, completed the acquisition of Viasit Burositzmobel, a German manufacturer specializing in office chairs and furniture systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to Workspace Factories, we can now offer our specialized retail partners a complete range of high-quality office and project furniture, including highly professional interior design, all from a single source. We therefore see significant growth opportunities thanks to the synergy with the other companies in the group," Thomas Schmeer, Viasit Managing Director and Co-Shareholder of the Group.
