GB Foods Africa completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Argos Food.

GB Foods Africa, a subsidiary of GBFOODS that manufactures and markets bouillon cubes, flavorings, and sauces, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Argos Food, a Senegalese holding company operating through its subsidiary Agroline, a producer and distributor of tomato paste, ketchup, and culinary sauces. Financial terms were not disclosed.
