Ascension Ventures and Labcorp completed an investment in Cofactor Genomics.

Ascension Ventures, a strategic healthcare venture firm, and Labcorp, an American healthcare company, completed an investment in Cofactor Genomics, a commercial-stage diagnostics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Labcorp’s nationwide diagnostic network, combined with Ascension Ventures’ reach across major U.S. health systems, provides a strong foundation as we scale access to OncoPrism and continue expanding into new cancer indications," Chris Parker, Cofactor Genomics CEO.
