Dalkia Polska to acquire Edison Next Poland and Edison Next Services Poland from Edison Next.

Dalkia Polska, a provider of energy services, agreed to acquire Edison Next Poland and Edison Next Services Poland, a providers of energy and environmental services from Edison Next, an energy efficiency and environmental services arm of Italian energy company Edison. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to this transaction, Dalkia consolidates its position on the Polish market, where we remain committed to our long-term development plans.
