Live Nation completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Movistar Arena.

Live Nation, a live entertainment company and global operator of venues, tours, and festivals, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Movistar Arena, Chile’s multi-purpose entertainment venue, from Be Live, a Latin American live entertainment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Latin America is one of the most vibrant live music regions in the world, and Chile is a critical stop for artists touring the continent.
