Brenntag to acquire Airedale Chemical.

Brenntag, a global company in chemical distribution, agreed to acquire Airedale Chemical, a UK‑based distributor and manufacturer of speciality and commodity chemicals, providing blending, formulation, toll manufacturing, and chemical distribution services across multiple industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Airedale has built an exceptional business and we are pleased to welcome them to Brenntag.
