Alpha Bank completed the acquisition of AXIA.

Alpha Bank, a Greek-based private banking company specialising in a wide range of banking services, including e-banking, credit cards and loans, completed the acquisition of AXIA, a regional privately-owned investment banking group providing financial advisory and capital market-related services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Transaction is fully aligned with Alpha Bank’s strategy to expand fee-generating activities, enhance its investment banking and capital markets capabilities, and further strengthen its offering to corporate and institutional clients.
