Nautic Partners-backed LindFast Solutions Group completed the acquisition of AZ Wire & Cable from MFG Partners.

Nautic Partners-backed LindFast Solutions Group, a wholesale distribution company specializing in standard and specialty fasteners, completed the acquisition of AZ Wire & Cable, a distributor of industrial, commercial, and specialty wire and cable products, from MFG Partners, a private equity firm.
