Fresh Servant completed the acquisition of Bosphorus and Scandinavian Food Partner.

Fresh Servant, a Finnish food company, specialising in consumer-packaged salads and fresh meal solutions, completed the acquisition of Bosphorus, a company that specialises in the manufacturing of dry, condensed and evaporated dairy products, and Scandinavian Food Partner, a Swedish food sales and logistics company that supplies a wide range of fresh ready-to-eat and fresh food products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
