Tao Motor completed the acquisition of Champion Motorsports for $15m.

Tao Motor, a Chinese manufacturer specializing in intelligent low-speed vehicles and powersports equipment, completed the acquisition of Champion Motorsports, a distributor and manufacturer of entry-level powersports equipment, for $15m. By owning Champion Motorsports' network, Tao Motor can now offer a "tier-one" service experience for a "tier-two" price point, significantly increasing customer retention and reducing the long-term cost of warranty claims.
