Crux Capital completed the acquisition of Pool Works and Freedom Pool Plastering.

Crux Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pool Works, a provider of construction services and direct-to-consumer outdoor renovation, and Freedom Pool Plastering, a pool plastering and pool resurfacing contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with the Veridian and Pool Works teams.
