Captain Fresh to acquire Frime.

Captain Fresh, a technology-driven B2B seafood marketplace and supply chain company, agreed to acquire Frime, one of Europe's processors of MSC-certified sustainable tuna. Financial terms were not disclosed. By acquiring a company with sustainability roots, Captain Fresh mitigates the reputational risks often associated with large-scale industrial fishing and gains access to high-end European retailers who only stock certified sustainable products.
