EP2C Group, an engineering consultancy company, completed the merger with Oakridge, a nuclear engineering & consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic move is part of EP2C’s development strategy and consolidates its position in the energy sector. The integration of OAKRIDGE will enable the Group to significantly strengthen its expertise in the nuclear field and establish itself as a key player in this market.
