Bain Capital and Mubadala completed the acquisition of Service Logic from Leonard Green & Partners.

Bain Capital and Mubadala, a private equity firms, completed the acquisition of Service Logic, a privately held HVAC and energy mechanical services company, from Leonard Green & Partners, an American private equity investment firm.
