Frank Lutz, managing director of the thermohauser, completed the acquisition of thermohauser, a producer and distributor of kitchen utensiles and food transportation equipment, from Henke-Sass, Wolf, an OEM manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The time has come to place an established and well-functioning company in new hands.
