Levine Leichtman Capital Partners to acquire USA Industries from Sky Island Capital.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, to acquire USA Industries, a manufacturer and supplier of piping isolation and testing products, orifice plates, heat exchanger tube plugs, and tools, from Sky Island Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm.
