AAR to acquire Aircraft Reconfig Technologies from ZIM Aircraft Cabin Solutions for $35m.

AAR, a provider of aviation services and products, agreed to acquire Aircraft Reconfig Technologies, an engineering company specializing in passenger aircraft reconfiguration for global airlines, from ZIM Aircraft Cabin Solutions, an American manufacturer of passenger seats and interior solutions for commercial airlines and OEMs, for $35m.
