PT Asian Bulk Logistics (Abl Group) completed the acquisition of Australian Global Onshore Container (Scf Group) from ICG for $79m.

PT Asian Bulk Logistics (ABL Group), a company providing transshipment, rail, and maritime logistics services, completed the acquisition of Australian Global Onshore Container (SCF Group), a company providing container rental, sales, and design services, from ICG, a private equity company, for $79m. “We are delighted to be joining the ABL group.
