Hawle, a manufacturer and distributor of valves, fittings, and pipe connections, completed the acquisition of Bideweg, a specialist in consultancy, commercial services, and the import/export of accessories for piping and valves. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This step represents an important milestone in our growth strategy aimed at securing our strong market position in the Iberian Peninsula in the long term.
