MC Bancshares to merge with DMMS.

MC Bancshares, a holding company, agreed to merge with DMMS, a private investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are looking forward to welcoming the DMMS team to M C Bank once regulatory and shareholder approvals are met. We know this partnership is poised to be great for our shareholders, clients, communities and associates," Kenny Nelkin, M C Bank Chairman of the Board.
