Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of Go Lime, a Canadian home services company that provides leasing of water heaters, HVAC systems, and home equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Go Lime was founded to restore transparency, trust, and choice to the home comfort industry. This acquisition accelerates that mission.
