HOERBIGER to acquire Physik Instrumente.

HOERBIGER, a developer and manufacturer of engineered components and systems for the energy, process, automotive, mechanical engineering, safety engineering, and electrical industries, agreed to acquire Physik Instrumente, a provider of high precision motion and positioning solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PI and HOERBIGER are an incredibly good fit. Both companies share the same values, have a strong focus on customer-driven innovation and are leaders in their respective markets with their performance-defining products.
