Trilogy Capital-backed Scarlet Security & Risk Group completed the acquisition of Pillar Security.

Trilogy Capital-backed Scarlet Security & Risk Group, a Canadian security and risk management company providing investigations, systems integration, and protective services to public and private sector clients nationwide, completed the acquisition of Pillar Security, an Ontario-based provider of professional security concierge services.
