IK Partners, a European private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Ascora Group, a French multi-specialist insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the past 30 years, we have focused on building a robust consolidation platform in the French insurance brokerage market and I am very proud of all that we have achieved together.
