DW Healthcare Partners-baked Parnell Pharmaceuticals, a veterinary pharma company completed the acquisition of Noble Pharma, a company specialized in CDMO, for $72m. “Over the years, Vets Plus has developed an extremely unique formulation and manufacturing skillset in order to provide their customers with exceptional products.
