Holdco Kishoa and Maestre Servicios Energéticos completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kishoa from Brookfield.

Holdco Kishoa, a Spanish company engaged in renewable energy projects, and Maestre Servicios Energéticos, a Spanish company engaged in energy services and related activities completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kishoa, a Spanish company that develops energy systems, from Brookfield, an alternative asset management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
