O2 Slovakia to acquire UPC Slovakia from Liberty Global for €95m.

O2 Slovakia, a telecommunication company, agreed to acquire UPC Slovakia, a provider of TV, broadband, and telephony services, from Liberty Global, a multinational telecommunications company, for €95m. “UPC Slovakia is one of the leading fixed line providers in the country, with a well-invested network and high service quality, which will be hugely complementary to our existing O2 Slovakia service offering," Balesh Sharma, e& PPF Telecom Group CEO.
