Affluent Medical to acquire Artedrone from Truffle Capital for €26m.

Affluent Medical, a clinical-stage medical technology company, agreed to acquire Artedrone, a provider of new tools to neurointerventional radiologists, from Truffle Capital, an independent European venture capital firm, for €26m. "We’re applying the proven business builder model — uniting the capabilities of Truffle-founded companies to de-risk development, accelerate innovation, and unlock value for shareholders," Philippe Pouletty, Truffle Capital CEO.
