Warsco, a Belgian manufacturer and provider of modular housing and temporary space solutions, completed the acquisition of a 74% stake in Bloedorn, a German specialist in the trade, rental, and customization of steel containers. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination broadens Warsco’s offering, particularly for large construction sites that require both storage and accommodation.
