GEODIS completed the acquisition of Malherbe.

GEODIS, a French multinational grouping together logistics, parcel and road haulage companies, completed the acquisition of Malherbe, a full truckload road freight transport firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic operation will enable the Group to continue developing in the French road freight market for full and less than full truckloads, and to bolster its presence in the agri-food and mass retail sectors.
