LMDV Capital to acquire a 30% stake in Il Giornale from Editoria Italia.

LMDV Capital, an Italian single-family office operating as a venture capital vehicle, agreed to acquire a 30% stake in Il Giornale, an Italian national daily newspaper, from Editoria Italia, an Italian media and publishing group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
