Igneo Infrastructure to acquire Strait Link from Allegro Funds.

Igneo Infrastructure, a global infrastructure investment manager, agreed to acquire Strait Link, an end-to-end supply chain logistics company, from Allegro Funds, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Strait Link is a quality addition to our portfolio of assets across the region and aligns with our strategy to invest in a diversified portfolio of core-plus mid-market assets.
