Nexture to acquire Sipral Padana.

Nexture, a global group specialising in the development and manufacturing of high-quality food ingredients and value-added solutions, agreed to acquire Sipral Padana, an Italian group specializing in the production of value-added semi-finished ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
