Valiram Group to acquire a 40% stake in The Exchange TRX from Lendlease for RM1.1bn.

Valiram Group, a Southeast Asian-based luxury goods and 360-degree retail specialist, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in The Exchange TRX, a retail and lifestyle destination, from Lendlease, a company that creates and delivers innovative and sustainable property and infrastructure solutions, for RM1.1bn. “The strong performance of The Exchange TRX highlights the quality and appeal of the precinct, and introducing an established Malaysian partner is a strong endorsement of that success," Justin Gabbani, Lendlease CEO Investment Management.
