Thompson Street Capital-backed ATIS completed the acquisition of Bayline Lift Technologies.

Thompson Street Capital-backed ATIS, a North America’s provider of vertical transportation inspections, consulting, and managed services, completed the acquisition of Bayline Lift Technologies, a provider of elevator and escalator safety inspections, consulting, and managed services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Bayline provides elevator inspection services throughout the Mid-Atlantic. With the backing of ATIS’ team and resources, Bayline is poised for accelerated growth, while continuing to provide high-quality services to its customers.
