Casa Tarradellas completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Herta Foods from Nestlé.

Casa Tarradellas, a manufacturer and producer of food products, completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Herta Foods, a brand of pre-cooked Frankfurters, from Nestlé, a food and drink processing conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed.
