HWP Handwerkspartner, a provider of construction services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Huiskamp, a construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership reinforces HWP’s capabilities in civil engineering and infrastructure construction and creates synergies with the group’s existing business units.
