TMF Group completed the acquisition of JSS Pro.

TMF Group, a provider of global administrative and compliance services, completed the acquisition of JSS Pro, an India-based provider of accounting and tax, human resources and payroll, and company secretarial services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This deal further enhances TMF Group’s corporate services offering in India and underscores the company’s long-term commitment to the Asia-Pacific region.
