Bharti Enterprises, an Indian multinational conglomerate, and Warburg Pincus, a US private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Haier India, a home appliances company. Financial terms are not disclosed. The partnership will help Haier India expand local sourcing, boost manufacturing capacity, and accelerate domestic market penetration.
