Indorama Investment to acquire Anyang Nitrogen Fertilizer from PAG.

Indorama Investment, a chemicals company, agreed to acquire Anyang Nitrogen Fertilizer, a major fertilizer producer, from PAG, an Asia-focused alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have supported the development of Anyang Nitrogen Fertilizer during our ownership.
