Mediocredito Centrale and Agart completed the acquisition of Backer Generoso Andria. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation, born from the partnership between Mediocredito Centrale and Agart, provides for BGA, which will be renamed Artigiancassa, to become the product factory by activating a credit access channel in the area and managing incentive measures to meet the credit and financial needs of artisans and, more generally, small businesses, also embracing and enhancing the legacy of the historic "Artigiancassa" brand.
