Fondo italiano d'investimento and The Equity Club to acquire Isoclima from Stirling Square Capital Partners.

Two private equity firms Fondo italiano d'investimento and The Equity Club, agreed to acquire Isoclima, a company focused on advanced transparent glass and material solutions, from Stirling Square Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to begin a new chapter with the support of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and The Equity Club.
