Inszone Insurance completed the acquisition of Sample Insurance.

Inszone Insurance, an insurance brokerage company, completed the acquisition of Sample Insurance, an independent insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For years, we had a strong handle on the personal lines side, but we needed broader access to carriers—especially for commercial business. Partnering with Inszone not only gives us that access, but it also allows me to bring a carrier relationship to the table that only a few agencies in Colorado have.
