MagIron, a provider of ultra-high-grade iron ore products, completed the acquisition of Reynolds pellet plant of Altos Hornos De Mexico, a a steel plant in Mexico. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The completion of this transaction marks a significant milestone for MagIron.
